Evergreen’s first development, six boutique eco-townhouses, is located in Lane Cove on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. We believe this project could earn a 5 to 6 star energy rating – one of the very first for a residential development in Australia – which will provide its future owners with an amazing near energy neutral, if not energy positive, living environment.
